DETAILS: The International Gay Rodeo Association oversees two days of rodeo competition. The action goes all day long with an amazing grand entry at high noon. There are roping events, speed events such as barrel racing on horseback, bull and steer riding, bucking broncs, calf roping and chute dogging. Camp events unique to gay rodeo include goat dressing, steer decorating and the wild drag race. Country and western entertainment will be happening throughout the day.

At 8 p.m. Sunday, head to the Wild West Rodeo Dance at Miss Kitty's Saloon and Dance Hall on the fairgrounds. And on Monday at the same time, cheer on the winners as the Rodeo Awards Ceremony.
